We take great pride in creating every menu that is inclusive of everyone, especially when there is a dietary requirement.  Below is a sample Gluten free menu 

Gluten Free Canapé options 

 

Duck croquette, smoked garlic and paprika mayo

Beetroot tapioca crisp, tunworth cream, micro leaf

Crispy chicken skin, chicken liver pate, green apple 

Curried chicken skewer, mint yogurt, pomegranate

Dishooms chicken livers on gluten free toast

Blue cheese mousse, edible cups, toasted pecans

Mini mushroom wellington, parmesan, fried girolles, micro cress

Southeast Asian salmon tartar, coriander

 

Gluten Free Starter Options

Celeriac “scallops”, parmesan cream, tarragon oil, toasted macadamia nut crumb

 

Salt baked kohlrabi, smoked egg yolk, toasted butter, micro watercress

 

Gluten Free Main Course Options

Duck breast, smoked beetroot, tunworth potato puree, red wine jus, micro rocket

 

Roasted cauliflower wedge, tahini dressing, roasted dates, herb and lemon oi, pomegranate seeds, micro cress, edible flowers

 

Baked salmon, gunpowder potatoes, baked cherry vine tomatoes, onion and fennel slaw, micro dill and coriander

 

Confit mushroom and chicken, date puree, potato puree, crispy kale

 

Chipoltle rubbed and roasted butternut squash, gluten free puff pastry, whipped feta, watercress salad

Gluten Free Dessert Options 

Individual mini pavlova, rich lemon curd, blackberry, vanilla cream, micro mint, edible flower
